First edition published by John Murray, London, 1905. CONDITION DETAILS: The binding has some wear and soiling. There is some foxing throughout. There are a few marginal notes in red pen.
2) \"Some Reminiscences\" by Sir Lionel Phillips. Original dark blue cloth boards with gilt titling on the spine. xi prelims, 296 pages, 16 black and white plates including the frontis. First edition published by Hutchinson & Co, London, circa 1925. CONDITION DETAILS: The binding has a couple of closed tears that were repaired with glue. A bit of foxing throughout.
3)\"Some South African Recollections\" by Mrs. Lionel Phillips. Original green cloth boards with gilt titling on the spine. x prelims, 183 pages, 36 black and white photographic plates including the frontis. First published by Longmans, Green, and Co., London, 1899. CONDITION DETAILS: The binding is still strong and tight, but has a darkened spine and some scarring (white marks). The text has a bit of light foxing throughout.
