Newly revised and edited, in one volume, with a biography of the Author. Notes and Appendices by Louis Herman and Percival R. Kirby. Dust Jacket edge-worn, 6 cm scratch on front cover. Green buckram-covered boards, some discolouration, gilt titles on spine. One insect damaged spot on front free endpaper, back endpaper shows considerable insect damage, but the book itself is clean and tight.
