First edition: xvi, 333 + 2 pages publisher's catalogue, frontispiece, 1 folding map, 1 folding plan. 5 plates, 16 wood engravings, half calf with faded marbled boards, the corners are rubbed and worn, titled gilt on the spine, light foxing and offsetting of the plates, watermarks on the preliminary pages, sprinkled edges, a good copy.
