First a treasure, hidden by the Bushmen for a long time in Namibia, then one of the most productive mines in the world, next an unique ore deposit with 3 oxidation zones down to a depth of 1 mile, last, but not least, the world's greatest mineral locality - a source for more than 250 different minerals, of these 100 minerals qualifying for the best of species worldwide; 40 species are even unique to Tsumeb.
