Us - signed, stamped, limited Estate Edition with limited print

Renowned photographer Pierre Crocquet's first book.

Published after the photographer returned from working in banking in London, Us is the result of a series of road trips throughout South Africa. Crocquet went on to publish five books, exhibit worldwide and win numerous awards.

Pierre Crocquet was tragically killed in a hit and run accident outside Groot Marico in 2013 at the age of 42.

This is a Pierre Crocquet Estate Edition. The Estate Edition comprises 100 copies of the first edition which were found in storage after the photographer's death. The book is accompanied by a limited edition archival print. Each copy is stamped with the Estate embossing stamp and this is number 2/100. The book was signed by Pierre Crocquet in 2002 on publication.

The print is also stamped and numbered by the Estate and the sheet size is 34 by 24 cms. 

There is a very slight yellowing of the pages of the book at the very edges, hardly noticeable, otherwise in As New and unread condition.
