Blue carton wrappers tied in with a rope binding at the spine. 30 pages. Frontispiece portrait of the combined staff of the number 1 & 2 Collieries. Three folding maps in rear pocket.

Content include a historical sketch, property, coal areas and reserves, operations, preparation of coal for the market, power plant, electric generating plant, coke ovens, brickworks, water supply, pumping, native labour, accomodation.

Page 21/21 has been torn out of book, cut smaller as if to be framed. It is included in a smaller version - see the last two pictures attached.
