A very scarce book and one of the earliest accounts of the Boer War Concentration Camps. In the form of the diary of the Chaplain of the Bethulie Concentration Camp. A slim volume of 67pp. in the original cloth with the title embossed on the front cover. SABIB Vol. 3, pp. 178.
The cloth is somewhat stained and dulled but internally the book is clean. The fore edge of a single page (15) has about 5mm. of fishmothing in the margin not affecting the text.
