Le Quesne & Hooton-Smith, Cape Town. 1913. 316 pp with black & white photographs of the women in question. Bound in heavy tan calf boards, with gilt lettering, design and rules to the upper panel, corners bumped and slight damage to top and bottom of spine. Front hinge cracked but holding. The coated paper is a little scuffed in parts in particular at the front but otherwise lean. The marbled endpapers have been taped on spine.
