Bookplate of well-known Africana collector James Hamilton Russell on the front paste down. Contents clean internally with some light foxing on the initial pages. A collection of Boer War poems. This was the prolific author's second book. Wallace is also known as the co-author of the famous Hollywood film King Kong, which was the last work he completed before his death.
