212pp. Hardcover binding with gilt lettering to spine, with dust jacket. Top edge gilt. Printed on good quality ‘War Economy’ paper stock. Condition: Very good+ DJ has been covered with protective Brodart plastic sleeve after photos were taken. Only a few minuscule spots of edgewear to DJ. Light crease p65/66. Else fine. Clean and well bound.
