We are offering here 3 sought after paperback albums with photochromies from the publisher's photographs (The Kingdom of Dahomey and Madagascar) and from the photographs of MM. Abdulah, Sebah and Zangacki (Egypt), showing sites, manners and customs of The Kingdom of Dahomey, Madagascar & Egypt. Each album contains 8 photochrome plates and 2 table pages with detailed explanation of each plate. All 3 items are extremely rare, hard to find even in National and University Libraries - and the only copies selling on internet!

Size of photochrome engravings (without margins): 21 x 14,5 cm
Photochromies are colorized images from a single black-and-white photographic negative via the direct photographic transfer of the negative onto lithographic printing plates - the process is a photographic variant of color lithography.

- Rabezandrina Rainandriamampandry (May 4, 1836 – October 15, 1896), a Premier Minister of the Interior, with his family. He was also a Pastor of the Protestant church, general of the Malagasy royal army and governor of Toamasina. In 1895 he was appointed Minister of the Interior of the Malagasy government which had just passed by force under French protectorate
