3 volumes. [14], 832, [14 index]; 805, [10 index]; 810, [9 index] pages (engraved pages included in pagination), volume 1 with engraved frontispiece, volume 2 with 15 engraved plates (one as a frontispiece to each chapter of the Metamorphoses), all three volumes with added engraved title pages, later calf, patterned endpapers, all edges stained red, light binding wear and soiling, spines dry and rubbed, some marginal dampstaining (sometimes affecting text, especially in volume 2), occasional minor foxing, very good-.

Attractive 17th century set of Ovid's works, with a nice illustrated edition of the Metamorphoses as the second volume.
