Provenance: Unidentified signature to half-title; Herrmann (1943-2014, bookplate and signed and inscribed by him at the rear, purchased from his estate).
An excellent example of the first edition of this fascinating autobiography: actor Edward Herrmann's copy. The publisher's Shakespeare and Co are perhaps best known for publishing James Joyce's 'Ulysses'.
