Limp, green variant, mottled calf leather boards with gilt stamped decoration of house and garden. 4 tipped-in colour plates. 56pp all edges gilt. With only 56pp an early printing is indicated.
No inscription, spine faded, corners worn, some markings, gilt decoration still very bright, for its age a good sound copy. original pale blue tie laid in loose. contents unmarked but ff tanned.
