First edition: 31 pages of letterpress and 22 full-page colour plates & numerous illustrations from photographs, frontispiece of the White Lady, map, brown cloth faded, a very good copy.
This first edition consists of 2187 copies.
The text was printed by William Clowes and Sons, Limited, London and Beccles. The drawings were reproduced by collotype and hand-stencil process, by Duval et Cie. and Beaufumé et Cie', master printers in Paris. The volume was designed by Arnold Fawcus, and produced by The Trianon Press.
