Collector’s edition: [xi], 128, [4] pages, profusely illustrated with colour photographs and black and white illustrations, printed on special coated paper, all edges gilt, bound in tan leather with brown leather spine and corners, colour photographs inlaid on the front and back covers, titled gilt on the spine, housed in a matching tan cloth covered slipcase with a photograph laid down, a fine copy.
