De luxe edition: Frontispiece, 39 pages of letterpress, 79 colour plates and 71 figures on 45 leaves – 5 folding, book plates on the front paste down end paper, quarter brown leather with oatmeal textured cloth boards, which are slightly worn along the bottom edges of the cloth, titled gilt on the spine, fore edge and bottom edges uncut, a very good copy.
