Housed in a specially made green card folder which has now faded along the edges, titled gilt on the upper cover, a very good copy.

In November 1796 this American ship bound from the East Indies to London applied for permission to land at Cape Town for the purpose of repairing the ship. They were fined 32,650 rix dollars for smuggling American cotton good ashore at the Cape on a permit for British goods.
