This 3 volumes magnum opus compendium about geology of the entire African continent was published gradually in 1925, 1928 and 1938. With total of 47 maps and plates (mostly folding), 542 in-text illustrations, maps, tables and sketches, and 6 folding tables – this is the one of the most detailed and complete work on geology of the Africa ever published. Second volume is completely about South African geology. We are offering here the complete 3 volumes set that rarely appears at auctions.
