First edition: 183 pages, colour frontispiece self portrait of Baines, numerous colour plates and pencil sketches, blue cloth boards with a facsimile in gilt of his signature on the upper cover and red title label gilt on the spine, a very good copy in the dust jacket with a slight silverfish mark on the upper cover, housed in the original publisher’s box.

One of the Standard Edition limited to 850 copies.
