Subscribers’ Edition: 292 pages, 134 colour plates, quarter brown leather gilt, oatmeal cloth sides, one of the subscribers' edition (limitation not given) signed by the artist and author on the title page, light wear of the leather at the top of the spine, a very good copy.
This Subscriber's edition is not to be confused with the Collector's Edition which was bound in full leather and numbered from 1 to 50. This Subscriber's Edition was not numbered and over a hundred copies were issued.
