Head and heel are bumped, corners a bit bent, and has rubbing along the edges. The book has 9 Interesting detailed black and white illustrations, and a frontispiece of the author with a tissue guard.
The spine has been sunned, previous author’s inscription and library stamps on the front/back pastedown, and front end papers. Text remains clear and crisp, and binding is firm, otherwise a good copy.
