Half-bound in grey leathercloth, new gilt lettering to the spine, with the original grey buckram sides, gilt publisher's logo to the upper panel, and new plain endpapers. Frontispiece portrait, viii + 343 pp of text, b/w photographs with captions, and index, all on heavy gloss art paper. The dustjacket is missing.
