Inscribed in ink "To Mike. Yours sincerely, Walter Battiss, Dec. Jan. 73/4".
Also in the pocket are 12 engravings (4 in colour, including the cover subject, and 8 in b/w, including 1 "first proof", 2 "proof" and 3 "11/25"). The selection differs from those shown small on the portfolio inside flap.
The brochure and engravings are unmarked (except for the dedication) and fine.
