This is No. 70. 208pp, photo illustrated end-papers, bound in elephant hide with brass edges and embellishment (coat of arms) signed by 8 of 9 dignitaries with a loosely inserted signed note from Moorcraft explaining that the Commissioner of Police P.K. Allen did not sign due to the changed political situation. In olive green cloth slipcase, in original box. Brass edges on are tarnished. Otherwise as new, in near fine slipcase.
Paper has lifted at one corner and along one edge of the base of the original box and the top of the box is moderately scuffed.
