Book condition: 212 pages, internally clean, offsetting to the front and rear free end pages, previous owners name neatly placed on the front free end page, gift inscription dated 29 July 1935 on the second front free end page, b/w illustrations by J. H. Norton throughout the book with some photographic plates, top edge is lightly yellowed, the binding is tight and square, the head and heel of the spine is lightly bumped and slight rubbing is visible, no dust jacket, the book has been placed in a protective non acidic plastic covering.
