Diary of Samuel Pepys. For the First Time Fully Transcribed from the shorthand manuscript in the Pepysian Library, Magdalene College, Cambridge, by the Rev. Mynors Bright, M.A., Late Fellow and President of the College, with Lord Braybrooke's note. Edited with extensive additions by Henry B. Wheatley. Boston: Francis A. Niccolls Co., 1893. 18 volumes, octavo. Printed on laid paper, with Japanese vellum frontispiece and title pages. Three-quarter dark blue moroccco bindings by the Monastery Hill Bindery, with gold tooled titles and decorative tools at spines.

Limited numbered Wheatley Edition, one of only 1000 sets issued. A very good set in solid leather bindings, some corners a bit bumped. Bearing bookplates of Ben N. Breding
