This is a job lot of six of the volumes from the Oppenheimer Series as follows:
1) The Matabele Mission - A selection from the correspondence of John and Emily Moffat David Livingstone and others 1858-1878. The dust jacket of this volume is a bit tatty.
2) Gold and the Gospel in Mashonaland 1888 being the journals of Bishop Knight-Bruce and the journey of Charles Dunell Rudd.
3) Apprenticeship at Kuruman being the journals and letters of Robert and Mary Moffat 1820-1828.
4) The Zambesi Journal of James Stewart 1862-1863. This volume has the W.H. Coetzer book plate on the front paste down.
5) The Barotseland Journal of James Stevenson-Hamilton 1898-1899.
6) The Southern African Diaries of Thomas Leask 1865-1870.
All six of these volumes have their original dust jackets and are bound in the original red buckram book cloth covered boards with gilt titling on the spines and the badge device on their upper boards. They are internally clean.
