xiii plus 242pp. Cloth hardcover with gilt title to spine. B/W frontis of the author and several b/w photo illustrations.

Some stains and marks to cover, light wear to spine ends. Light foxing to EPS and prelims and some damp staining to pre-title and frontis edges. Title page has been backed/reinforced with fibre-tissue. Random light foxing to a few internal pages.
