Book condition: internals very good; lower board edge worn and soiled (not affecting pages), endpapers and page edges browned/spotted. Jacket: spine and folds very faded, edges chipped and worn with loss, 4 inch tear (repaired with tape on inside) at top of spine; protected with a Brodart plastic sleeve. Now a very scarce book.
