Christiania: Museth & Jensen’s Forlag, 1896. Single sheet map, printed in black and three colors, title lower right, vignette illustration upper right including a portrait of Nansen and the Fram in the ice.
Condition: old folds, split along central horizontal fold but backed onto a single sheet using wheat-paste, light spotting.
This appears to have been a separately issued map, with the Fram’s courses and the route taken by Nansen and Johansen plotted on it: rare.
