In this uncommon, privately printed work, the author recounts his big game hunting exploits in North America including bagging elk, moose, Dall sheep in the Yukon, and other game. More than half of this book is dedicated to his safaris in Africa where he collected the Big Five as well as kudu, eland, and other plains game. His rifle of choice was a beloved Remington Model 721 in .30-06 caliber. Burgundy leatherette with gilt rifle motif on upper board and gilt spine titles. Well illustrated with photos. SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR AND ALSO SIGNED AND INSCRIBED. Limited to 200 copies, this being 70. Very light foxing to limitation page, else a near fine copy.
