This de luxe edition was not issued with a dust jacket, but this copy still has the stiff protective white paper wrapper that the binders used when delivering the books to the publisher. Original full dark green leather boards with gilt titling on the spine. 120 pages, frontis portrait, 17 full colour plates, 22 black and white illustrations and several in text illustrations. CONDITION DETAILS: There is a bookseller's label on the front paste down. A clean and fresh copy that was carefully stored.
