One gathering unopened (Some gatherings somewhat crudely opened, with the result that there are neatly repaired tears to five leaves, and chips to two, pp. 67/68 with narrow outer blank margins). Cloth-backed decorated paper-covered boards, titled in gilt on the spine (head of spine bumped and slightly split [see images], corners rubbed).
First signed limited edition: one of 100 signed copies, this number 20 of 95 copies on Borzoi Rag paper.
