• Vol III. [xix] +  883 pp of text + unpaginated index to vols I-III. First edition, 1977.
• Vol IV. [xxvi] + 846 pp of text + unpaginated index to vols I-IV. First edition, 1981.
• Vol V. [xxviii] + 962 pp of text + unpaginated index to all five volumes. First edition, 1987. 

Although in Afrikaans, the entries are not limited to Afrikaans-speaking (or white) South Africans. 

As it's unlikely that a work of this nature will ever again be attempted, and almost certainly not in a printed form, these sets become more rare every year as they circulate to new generations of writers, researchers and editors.

This very good complete set, with all dustjackets present, was presented by a grateful publisher to one of his consulting editors in 1987. It became available only after this editor's death.

CONDITION. Very Good + overall. Some of the spine ends are rubbed, but there is very little other wear, either to the volumes themselves or to the dustjackets. The set has been carefully used and remains unmarked and with no page foxing or other discolouration.
