Edition.  56pp with approximately 18 black and white illustrations (13 full page) and a full page map.Very good publisher’s regional illustrated thin card card covers with titles in black o the front cover. Stapled at spine as issued. Staples a little rusty. Some light foxing to the external leading edge.A few marks on the rear cover. Some browning/toning on the left had side of the title page but otherwise the text is in very good condition with no foxing or other blemishes.

There are seventeen pages of advertisements mostly for hotels. Contents: Cape Town - An Up-to-Date City, Some Attractions, Sport and Amusement, Rambles etc. The only other copy of this brochure I can find is in the University of Cape Town Library. Sold together with a Postcard Album (15cm x 9cm).The thick red paper covers of Twelve Photographic Postcards of Cape Town are in very good (+) condition. The twelve coloured postcards are in very good (+) condition. This album is undated but from the cars and clothes on some of the postcards would indicate that they were produced some time in the 1920s. Postcards show: A View of Promenade Pier, Table Mountain, and Lion’s Head, Houses of Parliament, Adderley Street (3), Government Avenue, the Rhodes Memorial, Victoria Road, Mountain Tramway Camps Bay, Marine Drive and Chapman’s Peak, First Cutting, Chapman’s Peak Road (2)
