The two-colour varnished dustjacket is complete although rubbed at the front and the flap folds and chipped at the head. The green Skivertex-boards, gilt to front and spine, are unmarked. The plain endpapers are unmarked and undiscoloured, as are the viii + 277 pp of text and illustrations.
Overall, this is a near-fine copy of a book essential for numismatists but already difficult to find.
