Napier Devitt, the former First Criminal Magistrate, Johannesburg, and forn nine years was a member of the Rand Aid Association, also a former Vice - Precident of the Rand Pioneers Inc.
This edition published in paperback form is in good condition with minor age tanning and very slight spotting and ware to the front and back covers.
His reason behind this edition is to present factual events, history and statistics of the concentration camps during the Anglo - Boer War. The purpose was also to counteract the right wing and German propaganda machine in 1941.
