First edition: 2 volumes, 723 + 708 pages, frontispiece portraits in both volumes, foxing throughout, blue cloth boards - very scuffed and worn chipped along the edge in vol1 1, corners bumped,, the spine is split at the top of vol. 1, titled gilt on the spines, embossed ownership stamp on the front free end paper, a good set.
