First edition: xii,386 pages, wood engraved frontispiece, 3 engraved plates, foxing throughout, half brown leather prize binding with matching cloth boards - the cloth is starting to lift on the upper cover, the title of the school is in gilt on the upper cover, marbled end papers and edges, titled gilt which is faded with gilt decoration on the spine, a good copy.
