Volume one has xv prelims, 382 pages, a full colour frontis and 2 black and white plates and a folding map at the rear. Volume 2 has 14 prelims, 295 pages, 3 black and white plates and the folding map at the rear. CONDITION DETAILS: The dust jackets have some soiling, minor wear and creasing.
