Dark-blue cloth-boards, plain endpapers, 384 pp, illustrated with b/w photographs of colonels in command, other officers and men, roles of honour and engagements

• The copy has been well-preserved for its more than one hundred year old age, and is complete, undiscoloured except for some foxing/sunning on the endpapers and early leaves, and unmarked except as described and shown in the images

• Ownership name on contents page

The covers are bumped and rubbed, but the binding remains square and tight and the contents are acceptable for a book 108 years old
