Vol 2 has some damage to spine. All volumes have fold-out maps intact. Vol 7 - index and appendices. There is slight wear to cloth on upper edges of most vols, and some foxing throughout. Top edges gilt. Ex-libris bookplate on front paste-down endpapers.
