Cast iron figure of Kruger with a pipe, TRANSVAAL MONEY BOX in bold on the top hat and By Permission of the Proprietors of the Westminster Gazelie across the back between the shoulders. The weight is 1.2 kg, height 15 cm's, width 11 cm's.
The pipe is loose in the mouth but cannot be detached, one screw in the back to open the bank, seven holes in the base. This item is in very good condition.

Pictures shown here are some replicas of the Money Boxes in porcelain, cast iron and a brass imitation produced specially for the USA market. 1987 first edition by The Alderman Press with 239 pages.
