An excellent copy of this very elusive book, this being copy No.75 of 200 limited edition copies printed for the Cape Piscatorial Society, and signed by the President and Secretary on the verso of the half-title (119pp.). The subtitle is 'Revised And Republished Reports Of The Exploration Group Of The Cape Piscatorial Society', and consists of ten chapters each named after a river or favoured spot for anglers, e.g. The Witels River, The Upper Witels, The Elandspad, The Kraalstroom, etc... This is a superb copy, internally bright and clean, and with no inscriptions or blemishes; and could have been described as 'near fine' except for some very slight loss on the fore-edges of the last three pages, and adjacent r.p.e.p due to some light insect/moth activity. The page edges are also very lightly spotted (foxed), more so the top edge, and the board corners are lightly bumped. The six double-page folded maps are all pristine. This is quite possibly the finest copy in existence.
