Bound by Peter Carstens in half black calf and marbled paper, raised bands, gilt titling to the spine, rounded corners and heavy plain cream endpapers, this copy (number 35) of the Collectors' Edition (of 150 copies) remains in effectively unread condition. The only flaw is lightly sprung covers - a typical condition with books confined to their slipcases: in this case blue cloth and matching marbled paper.
