First edition: 108 pages + 2 pages of publisher's advertisements and a printer's colophon, red cloth boards, titled gilt on the spine, fore edge and bottom edge uncut, with light foxing on the page edges, a good copy in the first state dust jacket, which has the author's name repeated twice on the spine. The dust jacket is worn and is now preserved in a protector.
