The first U.K. edition of this work in the original unclipped dustwrapper.
'Darkness Comes' is also known under the title 'Darkfall'. It was renamed for the U.S publication of October 1984. This U.K. imprint was issued in February 1984 and has the original unclipped dustwrapper designed by Graham Potts.
Condition: very good - the black boards are showing very little signs of wear, spine titling in silver, mild flap offsetting to the beige endpapers, with mild, uniformly foxed free endpapers. The text is clean and this copy bears no inscriptions; fore-edge lightly spotted. The dust-jacket is in very good condition (now housed in a Brodart sleeve) with small tears at the top corners and light wear at the head and foot of the spine.
