Presentation copy # 508 of 550 copies. A Handmade publication. The pages were hand fed into the press. Bound in 1/4 brown Buffalo hide leather with olive green cloth. Hand sewn by Dora Read & supervised by binding. craftsman Frank Edmonstone. The new introduction is set in Mono Modern 12 on 14 point with Spectrum titling and Scotch Roman sub-heads, hand leaded and composed by the typographer, John Campbell.
