The Reverend Dr. James Muir (1757–1820) was a Scottish-born Presbyterian minister and religious author who served long-term as pastor in Virginia, United States. From 1789 until his death, he served as the pastor of the Presbyterian Church in Alexandria, Virginia (later known as the Old Presbyterian Meeting House).
